Ordering

To order:

• Installation: see H-Sphere Installation Request Procedure. 
• Licenses (new or upgrade):
  1. Get registered at https://www.psoft.net/my-hsphere/ and log into your account.
  2. Click the Upgrade license menu and in the License amount you want to buy field enter the amount of licenses you want to buy in addition to those you already have.
• Upgrade:
  1. Get registered at https://www.psoft.net/my-hsphere/ and log into your account.
  2. Click the Request H-Sphere Upgrade link on the left.
  3. Fill in the request form you'll be taken to.
• Per Incident Support:
  1. Purchase per incident support
  2. Open a ticket using the ticket number you receive via email after purchasing support.
